New Preschool Yoga Class Starts 5/5

We are offering a yoga class for preschool kids beginning Tuesday, May 5th, at 10:30am.  It’s a 45 minute class that will include games, movement and stillness that will teach young children how breath awareness can help them master their bodies and minds.  Research has demonstrated how yoga benefits children and adolescents in stress management, self-regulation, and healthy development.  We structure Continue Reading →
