Dr. Moore has been teaching mindfulness and meditation techniques since 2001.  She has studied and practiced numerous techniques, and offers guided meditations on a regular basis.  Currently she is studying formal, seated meditation as taught by Will Mead, student of Culadasa, author of The Mind Illuminated.

Are you interested in learning how to meditate as a beginner or just wanting to learn different methods to expand your current practice?  Then schedule a private session with Diana at Starfire Yoga.  Meditation training can be included as part of a private yoga session.

  • Single Private Session – $80
  • Package of 4 Private Sessions – $300 ($75 each)
  • Package of 10 Private Sessions – $700 ($70 each)
  • Semi-Private Session:
    • $100 – up to 4 people.
    • $150 – unlimited participation
